SHIPPING:
Payments received by PayPal or by money order will usually ship out within 3 business days.

International and Canadian shipments must ship via Insured or Registered/Insured Airmail delivery. Not insured shipping is not available.

International Buyers Please Note: Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts"- US and International government regulations prohibit doing so. Sorry we cannot forge custom documents or declare less value for international buyers.

RETURNS/REFUNDS:
Items can be returned for refund within 14 days. Returns and refunds are handled on an individual basis. Please email first for instructions before returning an item. Items for refund must be received in the same condition as sent to you. Refunds are for cost of item only. Shipping charges are not refunded. If the shipping charge is not stated in the item listing with wording like "shipping included" or "free shipping" we will still deduct the actual shipping costs when refunding a returned item. Buyer pays shipping costs to return an item.
